All sales on Casino-Co.com are final, unless there is an unlikely interruption or unusual problem with our system. In which event, we are happy to add the “lost” chips back to your Account.

We are honest and we expect that you are too. All claims will be investigated fully and if a credit is due, your Account will be credited.

If there is a problem with your system, our technical department is available to assist you so that you may use the system as intended so please do not request a credit merely because it doesn’t work.
